Our web design solution is an efficient process to launch a portal site with integrating SaaS Live Chat program – giving your audience the chance to participate in a forum, safely from their own homes and in real time. We were able to deliver the service, train the client on the process of using the live chat and monitor over the chatflows through the HubSpot customer portal – focusing on delivering the right information to the right person, at the right time.
