Where do we store the information we gather?
Internal server located at Reddishpink HQ.
Data related to current clients of Reddishpink is stored on an internal server which is protected by password access (for both the server and individual user accounts) and a firewall. To maximise security, we apply software patches and security updates within 72 hours of each becoming available.
Mailchimp and Freeagent.
For the purposes of promotional mailing and Accounts information, Reddishpink utilise Mailchimp and Freeagent accounting software. We have checked and are satisfied that both of these cloud based software providers are also committed to the security of data and to GDPR laws.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
